Registering/Enrolling your Child in School
If you live in the Clear Creek Elementary School attendance area,  you will need to bring the following to the school office:
  1. A certified copy of the child's birth certificate
  2. Proof of immunization (with dates)
  3. Two forms of proof of residency
  4. The name and address of the school the child last attended
The following may be used to meet the proof of residency requirements (2 from different categories):
  • Driver's License
  • State ID Card
  • Utility Bills
  • Rent Receipt
  • Bank Statement
  • Deed to Home
  • Escrow Papers
  • Deposit Receipt for utility service (gas, electric, phone) start-up

Note: All items must have an address that is within the Clear Creek attendance area and must have the child's parent(s) name on them.
